Aaron Chang is an award winning, internationally acclaimed, local San Diego artist. His work has been published all over the world in hundreds of books and magazines including National Geographic, Newsweek, Forbes, Elle, Rolling Stone, People, ESPN, Sports Illustrated, Musician, Think Design, Le Fourquet, and Riviera.
Aaron was the Senior Photographer for Surfing magazine for 25 years specializing in extreme action sports and international travel. Selected among the world’s top photojouralists, Aaron was a key contributor on seven “Day in the Life” book projects. Aaron was selected as one of the top five sports photographers by American Photo magazine. Aaron has been featured on numeruos TV shows including PBS and Fuel TV, Aaron is a featured subject in the new documentary “Lost and Found.” Currently, Aaron is involved with a new TV show titled “Capture with Aaron Chang” which will take viewers around the world with Aaron as he takes viewers behind the scenes introducing the adventure of extreme photography.
The Aaron Chang Ocean Art Gallery was voted San Diego’s Best Art Gallery by readers of San Diego and Ranch and Coast magazines. Aaron was voted Best San Diego Artist of 2013 by Ranch and Coast magazine readers.

An active member of his community, both personally and professionally, Aaron serves on several boards and contributes to many charities. He is a loving husband and father of 2 boys as well as an avid surfer currently residing in north San Diego county.
